The potential association of musculoskeletal pain with presenteeism and work engagement among intensive care unit nurses: a cross-sectional study

Aim: Work-related musculoskeletal disorders and associated pain among intensive care nurses are important, as these factors may be related to presenteeism work engagement. The aim of this study was investigate the potential association with engagement nurses. 
 Material Method: This descriptive carried out members Turkish Society Critical Care Nurses. All participants completed a questionnaire, which included questions about general demographic data occupational exposures (Occupational Safety Health Administration [OSHA] Ergonomic Assessment Checklist). To measure pain, presenteeism, following instruments were used: Brief Pain Inventory Short Form (BPI SF), Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-17) Stanford Presenteeism Scale-6 (SPS-6). performed in 2021, questionnaire distributed via email database Results: Our 153 unit Among population, 76.5% (n=117) had chronic 80% whom exposure lifting heavy weights.
